A lot of conference seating seems to fade into the woodwork—even in a boardroom that is all glass and steel. Nienkämper’s new Kris, however, is a comfortable conference chair with a subtly distinctive presence. With an outer shell of metal laminate or wood veneer, it has a polished, professional look that sets it apart from the rest.
Equally imposing when specified with a more traditional, fully upholstered back, Kris has an elegant angularity that creates a memorable impression. Its construction unites an aluminum base and aluminum arms with FSC-certified molded plywood shells and molded cushions that have 25% soy foam content. Arms are available in a polished, brushed or powder-coated finish, and there are two arm cap choices: upholstered or black polyurethane. The casters are black plastic.
